Exisitng domain names can be renewed for a period of 1 year to a mximum of 9 years at a time. All exisiting customers of MASTERMATICS, will get a email notification 15 days prior to expiry of the domain and a reminder mail on the date of expiry.

A domain name is kept "alive" for a period of 14 days from the expiry date, which meand the customer has 14 days in which they can renew their domain name/s. All services to the domain name e.g. website,emails etc function normally for these 14 days.

When a domain is not renewed in this 14 day period it is "deactivated" and all services to the domain name cease to function.
