Can I get my raw log files. |

Yes, log files are located in the logs folder situated in your root folder, which is one level up the httpdocs folder. error_log contains the error messages and access_log is for the access logs.
These files are rotated every week so you will have to download the log files every week if you wish to have all the log files.

I get "Internal Server Error" in few or all of my pages. |

This might be because of some errors in your page. Change your Internet Explorer setting as mentioned below to check the exact error message.
Select Main Menu -> Tools -> Internet Options. In the IR properties, click on ADVANCED tab, under 'Browsing' heading you will find one option 'Show friendly http error messages'. UNCHECK this option. (This should NOT be ticked)

Check to ensure that you have uploaded all files to the public_html folder. Also Linux Servers are case sensitive, so check the called file name and uploaded file name, both should be same.
